Clean room though can use some updating. Staff was kind especially at the pool and restaurant. Housekeeping was great. Airport shuttle was reliable, spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to others. Only thing missing is beachfront but even with that, mullet bay and maho beach are both relatively close by

Nice rooms with excellent air conditioning! Pool area and restaurant is exceptional. Friendly staff and a very convenient location. Fun to watch the planes come in from the infinity pool!

The staff is a hit or miss- can be rude at times for no reason. The rooms need to be cleaned better. There was hair left in the corners, the mirrors were not properly cleaned. There was an automatic 15% service charge on everything and they still expected a tip. The pool is nice and they had live music on weekends but they have a separate pool only access for non residents which made the entire experience worse due to random people being there and overcrowding.
