Our stay was amazing. This mainly due to the service from Ramyah and Laurice in the Pan Pacific Club. They exceeded our every expectation. Stay here for the service these folks provide. The hotel is old and needs a major facelift to remain competitive. The service is top notch.

It was our first time in Singapore and the reception was helpful especially their concierge area. Also the staff on the door are superb, all of them! Friendly and great service in hot weather, working hard with taxis etc. The hotel is near all main attractions. Had an issue, the manager compensated it whilst leaving so I was happy with it as we came for our wedding anniversary. Hotel itself is clean and lovely, the poolside isn’t too big. However I was disappointed the fact they didn’t have much options for vegetarians and vegans. Also cakes containing fish. They have nice lounge area was unable to have afternoon tea as the chef cannot do vegetarian options which was disappointing comparing to other hotels we been plus this is suppose to be 5 star hotel so had high hopes. I did pass the feedback, if they do change the food dietary part then yes would definitely stay again! It’s 14hrs away visit, so it’s important and lots of money to visit.
