We liked the hotel. Nice area. We was disappointed that we received no upgrade even though this is a VIP access hotel. It's misleading as we were told there are no uprades applicable for the room category we chose however in the ebookers app it says we would be offered a room upgrade on arrival upon availability.

I was very impressed with the staff whom on checking in saw I couldn’t get the room that I had actually booked so they arranged an upgrade for me, excellent service recovery.The hotel has great facilities and I enjoy its location.Id definitely stay there again for sure.

Great position, lots of bus routes nearby. Pool was very nice but often sunbeds were in short supply. Breakfasts were delicious and staff very helpful.
