The room, check in staff, housekeeping and room service (ordered flat white coffees) all were good. Finalized dues the night prior to checkout and the only thing for settle up up were the flat white coffee. Room rates were charged on my credit card the mome I booked the stay. Should see a credit back on my statement from the deposit paid on the card during Checkin. Salai and the restaurant by the lobby had good staff.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was extra lovely. Our baggage did not show up from the airport and the in-room amenities were exactly what we needed. The location of the hotel was also wonderful. We had the most amazing view. I would stay here again for sure.
