Nice environment. Did an upgrade and paid $820 a night for 3 nights. The girl that was helping with that was very rude and hateful. 3 times in middle of the day housekeeper or staff would ring the door bell not even wait 10 seconds and barge in. I pay for privacy I paid to be on the 60th floor bay view balcony. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this hotel especially $2500 for 3 nights. Then paid $40 twice for a hamburger and fries. This place only cares about taking your money

Best location in Singapore

Location in Singapore is second to none as it is directly above a large shopping mall with great selection of eateries and shops. Also direct acess to the MRT which is a big bonus. Faces a beautiful green area and overlooks some of the more quaint colonial buildings whilst easy to walk from the hotel to Marina Bay and the Gardens. Also, opposite Raffles Hotel and a further large shopping mall and CHIJMES which has great eating options. The only downsides were (a) check-in not possible until 3pm which is ridiculous (we did manage to get in by 1pm as there were some rooms available but its not great for weary travellers and (b) breakfast was chaotic as there was a school holiday at the time and the noise and crowds made it very uncomfortable. Pools is also very small and full of kids runing around so not very relaxing.

Staff was able to check us in early and give us a room to rest after we left cruise around 10am. The second room was ready at 12pm. This is really helpful considering we have seniors in the group. The hotel sits in a very convenient location with subway station underneath it. Marina Bay and Arab quarter is also within walking distance. Strongly suggest the rooms with Marina Bay View. You won't regret paying the extra bucks. Breakfast buffet is also decent.

Beautiful hotel near all the amenities

Beautiful hotel and near all the amenities. The bed and the pillows were really comfortable and it had a fabulous shower with lovely soft towels. Didn’t get to use the pool because the weather wasn’t that good, but it looked lovely. The only thing I can fault it with they was a bar on the top floor, but you had to book just to get a drink.
