Clean hotel excellent service - the only reason I could not give it 5 stars is the room and hallways were a little too warm for my liking and could not lower the Air Conditioning lower than 23C and the lighting in the bathroom was very dark to apply makeup - would be much better to have a light up makeup mirror

Perfectly located for the F1 - the track entrance was just outside the hotel. Staff were excellent and so helpful. A big shopping centre and MRT station were right next door so it was easy to get food and get around. Rooms were nice with everything we needed. We were on the 61st floor which was very high but we could see some of the F1 track which was a bonus. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful, clean, and safe hotel in central location. The hotel is connected to Raffles city mall and the train line. There are many shopping and dining options in the hotel. Housekeeping is great with thoughtful details such as having umbrella, water bottles, coffee and tea in the room. The hotel location is so convenient, with Raffles City mall just below, along with the MRT. One is spoilt for choice with so many dining options in the hotel and in the mall. The Marina Bay view from a high floor is just outstanding, along with having a balcony.
