Our recent stay at The Capitol Kempinski Singapore was truly memorable — one that will be part of my core memories. From the moment we checked in, Areen’s immaculate hospitality made us feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The next morning, Cheryl’s attentiveness at breakfast added a wonderful touch to our experience. While there were some hiccups — our breakfast orders were mixed up twice — the overall experience more than made up for it. After all, we’re all human, and a few small missteps can be easily forgiven when the service and sincerity shine through. Thank you to the team for making my birthday celebration such a special one. I look forward to returning again.

Absolutely fabulous! Great things too numerous to mention. Staff were excellent, Ladies-in-Red, especially Emma,and Sha in the fantastic breakfast room. Had a really great week at the Kempinski it is really well located directly next to the capitol theatre and city hall MRT. Their easy access to one of Singapore's massive connected walkways, from the Kempinski you can get to at least 4 malls and two MRT stations without ever needing to go outside. The proximity of the theater also means there are so many great dining options it would take months to get bored. But location is only half the story, the hotel itself is great, we booked an executive suite which came with executive lounge access and it was definitely worth the upgrade, just to have a little piece of calm in what can be a hectic city was worth it all by itself, even if we weren’t able to use it as much as we wanted as we were always on the go. The staff were also super friendly and helpful and seemed to really care, not just that your stay was good, but that you enjoyed the city (in fairness this was an overriding impression I got across Singapore, everywhere you went people were so proud of the city and wanted to show you the best.) So it may not be exclusive to the hotel, but every member of staff I met exemplified this behaviour and made our stay amazing. 100% will be staying here again for all future trips to the Lion City.

Within the refurbished Capitol building, this is an iconic hotel that excels in hospitality. The staff are the high point and work hard to accommodate guest needs. The only minor issue is that if you’re in a low floor the views from the guest rooms can be limiting - but unavoidable in such a building. Would happily stay again.
