Friendly and nice staff. Many delicious restaurants around the hotel. Easy and fast to take bus go to anywhere. Bed sheet and pillows cover not clean properly. The shower room has some bad smell from the drain.

Bad smell due to the poor air circulation as no windows. I wish I knew at the beginning that no windows.I’m very regretful of choosing this hotel as I have to hold to breathe at the entrance and hallway because of the bad smell. I wasted money in paying 2 rooms for the 8 of us.

The room was weirdly small without any ventilation. The washroom doors were opaque and kinda visible to everyone outside so super weird setup for a family room. Room service was terrible. Was asked to come down repeatedly to get towels or bedsheets myself.

Poor design and service, bathroom does not have a shower area but instead a shower head that wets the whole bathroom when showering but they only give you two towels in a room for two.

The property has black mould in the air vents. Booking says free bottler water, none available. The shower cubicle is big, but the shower head is built right into the corner, so is not user friendly.

Not trustworthy. Their staff told us that we can refund the amount we paid for one of the rooms we booked for as long as Expedia will give them the cancellation voucher. We were repeatedly told that up to the time we checked out. We did not use the room and they did not give the extra room we paid for either. Later, they reneged on their word and now we could not refund the amount for a room that we did not use.
