Clean room, staff good especially Alvin but cleaners not cleaning fast enough on the 4th floor so we decided not to have ours done - we stayed there for 6 days - and just asked them to give us fresh towels and take away our rubbish

The room was clean but really small. Ok to spend a couple hours but then started to feel really claustrophobic. Was also missing some basic amenities to start with - like toilet paper, hand towel etc.

Location: good - there are many eateries nearby. Staff: friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: good Familly room: quite spacious and can comfortably fit a family of 4 Bathroom: larger than average Issues: The ceiling hole cover was not shut properly and wallpaper was peeling off in some areas. The room was very humid and no windows to let fresh air in. The air conditioner needed to be on really cold to combat the humidity. It got too cold in the middle of the night, so I turned up the temperature. In the morning, i almost slipped from the condensation accummulating all over the floor. It can't be good for people with respiratory issues. I would suggest to install a dehumidifier in the room. Sadly, i will not recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Yes they are good but rooms are very small, the tv had a lot of defects due to perhaps bad antenna or internet not very good Bed sheets were excellent, good matress, very clean but bathroom to compact design, i had never seen anything so compact that the shower, was in the toilet together Price was only half worth it but i would think twice to stay in it again Stuff was. Very friendly though

Friendly and nice staff. Many delicious restaurants around the hotel. Easy and fast to take bus go to anywhere. Bed sheet and pillows cover not clean properly. The shower room has some bad smell from the drain.

Bad smell due to the poor air circulation as no windows. I wish I knew at the beginning that no windows.I’m very regretful of choosing this hotel as I have to hold to breathe at the entrance and hallway because of the bad smell. I wasted money in paying 2 rooms for the 8 of us.
