Should’ve stayed somewhere else

Staff was not terribly welcoming, given a room immediately adjacent to another guest when there were only a few rooms occupied who argued the whole night. Coupling that with paper-thin walls resulted in no sleep. I asked if the hotel had any coffee at 7:30pm to make a push to get work done, the man at the front desk said the only coffee that was available was on the second floor and it was brewed first thing that day. I asked if I could get have a cup or two of more fresh coffee and he refused. Finally, the WiFi signal dripped repeatedly throughout the evening. I reported this to the early morning shift lead at the front when checking out, he confirmed that his coworker does put people next to other guests, and that the WIFI is not good, and that he should have brewed more coffee. No sleep, poor WiFi, with little care, lead to a poor experience on my business trip. Should have selected another hotel.

Our suite was beautiful; very clean, comfortable beds, modern amenities.( Room 304 ). However, the noise from the person who lives in the apartment above was atrocious! We heard EVERYTHING! When we commented to the front desk they simply said there was nothing they could do about it.

We LOVED the hotel!! So quaint! Rooms are big and comfortable. Check in was confusing but it was worth it for $10 parking.

Charming hotel with large rooms, thick towels. Coffee and tea bar is available all day and is a thoughtful amenity. Gym is nicely equipped and spacious. Perfect location to attend concerts at the Fox Theatre, which is right across the street.
