It is comfortable, has a restaurant, snacks to buy

I liked the room, comfortable, very clean. The air kind of blasts, but I use ear plugs so it didn’t matter. Only problem was TV would not leave Guide, so I couldn’t watch it. But, I had two devices to watch on, so it didn’t matter. The Clerk changed the batteries in the remote but the TV still didn’t work. I will stay here again.

Great value and location

Awesome location, friendly staff, comfy bed. Good value for money. The restaurant onsite is great —happy hour menu is tasty and affordable. I wish they offered a discounted breakfast for hotel guests. My only complaint is there was some overpowering air freshener in the halls and rooms. Otherwise, great experience.

Great place to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, loves that the jacuzzi was open and that they take dogs. Beautiful waterfront walks and a dog park for the pup. Walkable to downtown but still away in a quiet place with free parking. Always will come back

Clean and basic room. Perfect for an overnight stay and right near downtown. The outdoor amenities were nice and being close to the river was great for walking our dog. We would stay here again next time we are in Spokane.

We love the Ruby River Hotel. It's always nice to be able to walk out the door and be at the river, which is always a source of comfort. The location is perfect for whatever we need/want to access. Beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and accommodating. All in all, it works out great for us. Our only complaint is they need better footing in the shower, supply non slip pads or something. If you don't stand just right, it's very slippery. My wife is somewhat handicapped, and she went down in the shower. We ended up putting on small towel on the floor which helped a lot, but it is a problem.
