The stay was great. The only problem I have is that Expedia charged my credit card and then they also charged my husband to his credit card when we arrived. I’m looking for someone to help me resolve this issue.

The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom was adequate but small and the door opened into toilet. They have no drinks available unless you want to pay cash at vending machine. Pool is small and hot tub fits maybe 4 people. The receptionist was nice. The TV is basic channels. Couldn’t watch HGTV or even rodeo. It was ok for a one night stay. I won’t stay there again when need hotel in Springfield will try somewhere else. It is close to Bass pro shop, aquarium and museums. Several restaurants nearby. If show your room key to restaurant in bass pro they will give you a 15% discount. Overall, I would say it was adequate. The pictures online make it seem better than what it actually is.

Great customer service from check in to housekeeping to Dawn assisting with Brekfast. The rooms are clean and cute The indoor pools is very nice You have an amazing Bass Pro Shop, Aquarium, BassOutlet the people who work here are so friendly and helpful! All around this Lodge was with the money and stay Our service dog loved the dog park in the back! He even got a couple treats! We need one in CA

Staff was super friendly. Room clean. Nice complimentary gummy worms for the kids and bottled water. Breakfast was good also! Pool and hot tub were small, but the kids had a goos time. Would definitely stay here again.
