Yes friendly staff , nice clean room, pretty mountain view. Comfortable bed. The pool was nice and warm with a winter cover. Nice Hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped, only missing a tea pot. The gym was also clean with good washrooms and equipment.

The hotel was clean and cozy. Everyone was friendly. The only problem is that the room was still very bright at night even with the blinds/curtains closed due to the lights outside.
