Housekeeping was unavailable in the evening. A feather allergy was not accommodated. Hallways had dirty dishes with foood when we checked in and were still there when we checked out. There was vomit in the elevator and on the hallway floor when we checked in. The hallway was still dirty when we left.

The beds are very cozy. I noticed the property/rooms are starting to look runned down. Our room wasn't the cleanest in the bathroom. No power outlets were working in our room, so we couldn't charge our phones. Super great location for food and close to the avalon mall.

Beautiful room and very clean. A lovely hotel, very nice lobby. Pool area was never very clean, had no where to change and had no fresh towels during the day. Nice to have 2 restaurants on site.

Having moxies near was great! Breakfast discount would entice people to go to Denny’s since there is not a complimentary break. The balcony’s are scary…lots of parking! Right next to highway.

The staff member who checked us in did not bother to give us the Expedia perk nor did she give us any explanation about the hotel and its amenities. Worst check in experience since I have been booking through Expedia.
