The rooms were very clean and quiet. We actually stayed here twice 10-22 and 10-26 and both times we had a great stay. The breakfast was really good, had coffee available in the lobby all day, and in the evening they offer fresh baked cookies. There is also a covered garage (free parking) under the building with available elevator service to the hotel. All of the employees we ran into were great. We really love this historic hotel and the St. Charles area.

The hotel air conditioning was out the entire time we were there and it was impossible to sleep. No compensation for this was offered.

We just needed a little rest and relaxation. The staff at check in was very friendly. We loved that there was an onsite parking garage. Breakfast staff was friendly. We will definitely consider this hotel if we need another staycation.
