We didn't eat the the hotel. It had limited options. The bathroom was a disappointment. The toilet seat was very loose and about to come off the toilet. I had to tighten the screws of the toilet seat to to make it secure. The shampoo bottles had been removed from the shower wall, and were left on the counter by the shower. You could see where they were originally mounted.
The decorWe were very tired after our travels and wanted to eat at the hotel. We assumed there was a restaurant on site. What they provided was an order and pick up for dinner. It would have been nice to have a sit down dinner with service.
The ice machine on our floor was not working. I checked the other end of the floor for another ice maker, It too was not operating. There was no ice machine on the floor above. I couldn't get ahold of the front desk so I went down to the check out counter to ask about the ice maker. The receptionist knew the were not working and sent to the one on the first floor where I could get ice.
There was no restaurant in the hotel other than a counter where you order food and sit at tables to eat it. It would have been nice to eat dinner at the hotel and enjoy a meal with service. I was disappointed.
I was disappointed with the Courtyard St. Louis.
