Perfect location

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool room was very warm and gumid but the water felt amazing. Very close to local attractions like the Arch, old courthouse, Federal Reserve museum and 1 mile from the City Museum.

Wonderful and convenient

we went to St. Louis to see the arch and got a room with the view of the arch. We opened our curtains and went to sleep looking at thel lighted up arch! It was wonderful, the comfort of the bed was wonderful and the morning complementary breakfast was wonderful. We would totally stay here again.

Terrible Place to Stay

This may be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I reserved a 2 bed room and received a single queen room. The lobby had to be 85 degrees. The hallways were the same temp. The entire lobby and most of the hallways smelled like weed. There was poop still in my toilet. There was things on the floor from the last people. The staff was incredibly rude, both in the evening and in the morning. The convenience area had standing water on the floor. The parking lot was a HOT MESS! My room was 78 degrees until around 3am when it finally dipped under 75 (the thermostat was on 67).

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They suggested a BBQ place within walking distance for dinner. It was excellent! The pool was okay. The exercise room was adequate. Our room had a great view of the Gateway Arch and was clean and spacious.

The room was clean and nice. I thought I reserved a view of the Arch but we were in the other side of the building. It was convenient to downtown where we were going. Everything was about 10 minutes away or less.

My family and I liked that there was a free daily breakfast. My kids enjoyed making waffles. There were some issues though that I would like to mention. There was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom, some of the outlets did not work, there was too much chlorine in the pool (eyes burning upon entry into the pool area) and there were no garbage bags within the garbage cans in the room. The stay was adequate and the staff was very friendly and professional. We were in town for a Cubs game. Very convenient walking distance to Busch Stadium. I think the hotel would benefit from a restaurant and bar though. We would probably stay again if given the opportunity.

This was a perfect location for our needs since we were attending a concert at the dome. It was so easy and quick to walk over to the event, especially bc it was raining. There is a coffee shop right across the street which is AMAZING and I visited every morning of my stay. Late night dining options are very limited and not walkable. However, we did order out one night and the hotel staff were nice & brought the food to our room. The hotel is older so it’s not super modern or fancy but decent. It seemed as though they didn’t really clean our bathroom but otherwise the room was kept and a nice size with a great view of the arch. I normally don’t like indoor pools either but this one looked nice with big windows all around. I’d stay here again.
