Overall we had a good stay here. The hotel very kindly upgraded our room on arrival as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary however unfortunately front desk initially sent us to the wrong floor so we had to traipse back to reception to find out where our room was! We enjoyed some drinks in the bar but can't comment on the food as we didn't eat in hotel

Excellent location as convenient for central Windsor. Good choice at breakfast. Complimentary soft drinksin room. Dining room cold. Car parking pricey at £30

All the effort is on the public areas, apart from the team serving customers who have no clear leading leading them. There is no organisation in the bar or restaurant at Breakfast. The rooms have been refurbished but the beds were sagging, and the pillows were covered in hair and had no pillow protectors. However the pillow cases did not have the inner lip to stop the pillows exposing themselves and showing other peoples hair.

Close to castle nice staff car parking overnight is an eye watering £25 otherwise a good stay and food good too
