The room was very warm and the AC didn’t work. When I went to front desk, they said the AC wasn’t working for the whole hotel. The whole hotel didn’t look as nice as advertised to be honest. Big let down.

The heat was stuck on, despite changing rooms 3 times, every room got up to about 80. It was stifling. Tia at the front desk was very helpful but that was the only thing we enjoyed.
