The magnolia was a beautiful property, and while staying they were having a silent pet adoption going on. The checking in and out process was very straightforward and the team was very helpful. We chose to park valet and walk during our stay. The valet’s were all very friendly and took care of us exceptionally well. My biggest concern when traveling is the pillows so I normally take my own. This trip, I forgot. The pillows at the magnolia were the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will be back

Great staff , great breakfast, concierge parking , great butler, and walk ability to everything is amazing ! Half the time we just walked to places !!! The cleanliness was amazing , linenes were nice highly recommend would come back also this property is Pet Friendly!!!

The reviews were a bit misleading. There wasn’t a robe like in the reviews, the amenities were minimal. One water bottle, 2 coffee pods. Room service was available but there was a delivery fee and a 25% surcharge. Our dinner was $135 but the quality of food was sub par. For breakfast, our food was cold and the tickets were expensive for the quality of food that we received. Our room was very hot and we could not cool it down. The hotel itself is beautiful but the service and amenities are not worth the price.

The hotel says valet only, but they charge $55/night. I asked the valet if there was self parking and was told to park in the convention center/Marriott lot which was $35 for one night. The staff seemed bothered to help and wasn't very friendly. The breakfast restaurant food took forever was not seasoned, poached eggs on benedit was overcooked and the server didn't seem to care much about our water running empty. The room was small and they had quiet hours posted. The hair and body items were nice.

We stayed here and it was alright. It’s not the worst place we’ve stayed and definitely not the best. The photos online catfished us 😂 it looks FAR grander online than it is in person. The room is spacious, it’s just a really old building and dirty carpets in your room. We probably won’t stay again, especially for the price. $55 for overnight parking too. I guess that was worth it because the only other option is to pay $35 a night in the parking garage behind the hotel and you’ll be walking outside in the heat and carrying all of your stuff. We were really excited to stay and it didn’t live up to what we thought we were getting.

A Few Suggestions

Very old hotel which lacked what more recent hotels offer: can't drive up close to hotel when checking in; no fitted sheet; no dispenser for soap; old, creaky elevator; no USB ports. But the bed was comfortable and a nice desk.
