The room was clean, things worked, and had good hot water. Breakfast was good and I liked the free popcorn and soft drinks available in the afternoon. Only bad thing was that only 1 of the 2 elevators was working.

Check in was great. Friendly staff! Room was the suite as there were 4 of us girls in town for a concert, plenty of sleeping options. It is definitely reqdy for a deep clean! Stains on the sleeper sofa. Sheer curtains all need a good soak, stains everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Room was hard to heat. Maybe due to outside temps and glass windows. Parking garage was to be for hotel visitors only, but it was not attended and gates were wide open. Hard to find a spot. But overall, 6/10 stay. For the amount spent, I'd look elsewhere first next time, but use this facility if i needed to.

The location is very convenient to many landmarks, especially union stations. The font desks are friendly. But the AC is very loud and internet wasn’t working.
