The hotel staff were all great, the hotel was clean and the room was as well. The reason I only gave 4 stars was there were numerous table/desk top plugs in the room, there was only one of the many that were not so worn out that they would hold the plug and actually work. Room 802 if the staff actually reads the reviews.

The area just around the hotel is experiencing street renovations but that did not greatly interfere with accessing the property. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful every time I spoke to someone. The hotel is walkable to nearby attractions such as Union Station and several sports venues. Parking was included and a restaurant was onsite as well. The rooms was very clean and spacious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn't use the hottub but the location was very convenient. The staff was very polite and helpful. The air wasn't working good in the room. I stayed 7 days in which they took care of two days. The restaurant connected to the hotel had good drinks and food. I would stay again

It was quite inconvenient to park when we were checking in. There were no parking spots for that process, and the parking garage required a room key to access it. Kind of a chicken and egg problem.

The property is fantastic. Easy parking, very busy with hospital patients/families and bus tours. Check in and out was simple when the lines were not long. The f00d 0pt0ins worked as we were new in the area. They offered free wine, but there was not an option for alcohol free so we passed. We had a great view of the ferris wheel from the r00m, but the glass is super reflective and we c0uld n0t get a decent picture 0f it. I tried after checkout to find a way to get as close to it and n0 dice. C0nsider selling p0st cards maybe ?
