The tv did not work, cleaning crew took bags we had snacks and drinks in. Did not leave bath towels 2nd night. Could not get a receipt printout. Had trouble communicating with frt desk clerk. Phone in room didn’t work., Asked for price adjustment, didn’t receive any. Very disappointed will not return

I Would Like a Refund.

Arrived to check in around 7pm to a line of 6-7 people also waiting to be checked in, with nobody in the office for over 20 minutes. Upon entering the room, there was a booger stuck to the wall, hairs and dead bugs in the bathroom, the toilet was old/would not flush, & the AC unit did not fully work (kept shutting off and on).

Place is run down

We had 4 people staying (2 kids) and only had 2 towels for us. Floors was dirty had tags off of clothes on the bathroom floor from previous people! White towels that was stained what looked like oil! People smoking weed right outside of their rooms! Beds was hard as a rock!

If I could give negative "stars", I would. I was traveling with my 2 daughters (20 & 14) and my daughter's cat, moving my older daughter from D.C. to Arizona. I was driving the rental van, so they arrived before me and checked-in. The room my daughters were given did not have keys that would work the door lock - the front desk attendant used a master key to let them into thevroom and said he would see about "fixing that" in the morning (we were only staying one night) When they opened the door to the room, my daughter said that you could see something in the air, like it was foggy, and there was a dehumidifier plugged in and running in the room. After they wrre in the room and closed the door, the room had an overwhelming smell of some kind of chemical, that she explained was like a chlorine smell. After only 5 minutes in the roo., my youngest daughter's eye started to swell shut. They called me and I was still 35 minutes away, so they told me that they would meet me at a Loves Travel Plaza about 15 minutes from the hotel because they did not feel safe waiting in the car at the hotel and they needed to flush out my daughters eyes. I am exceedingly happy that I had my daughter's cat with me, because I do not know how sick the cat would have gotten breathing in whatever chemical was in that room! And they KNOWINGLY put 2 females and an animal (my daughter paid the extra deposit for her cat) in a room in that condition!!!! I had to find a hotel for us to stay in at 2:30AM

Disgusting terrible place to stay terrible service

Terrible place to stay, was only there for two hours before noticing there were roaches in the room. Should have figured when I saw mattresses outside on the ground in the parking lot. Terrible service as well, they still refuse to give me a refund even though I left after finding roaches and even took a picture to prove it to them.

This hotel was just barely okay. I understand that people have to live in hotels, but there were people begging me for cigarettes everyday, and housekeeping would knock and not wait for me to come to the door. Housekeeping walked in on me while I was using the toilet twice, and aside from begging for cigarettes, one person here followed me around and intimidated me for not giving them a cigarette while I was smoking a cigarette. I did not feel safe. Hotel guests with dogs do not clean up after their dogs so there is dog poop all over the place.

Avoid

Room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in ages and no maintenance in just as long. Stained towels. Also couldn't tell whether the pillowcase was stained or still dirty. Just do yourself a favor and don't book a room here.

The hotel had basic amenities. There was no microwave or refrigerator. Also, the tv wasn't working when we checked in and it took several complaints and hours before someone came to fix it. The room and bedding was clean.
