We were there 30 minutes total. Drugs in parking lot. Broken door lock. Crumbs and stains on bed. General vibe of awful; felt unsafe. We checked out and went to hotel next door. Refused us a refund - out over $200 for a two night stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. (And Expedia, you should stop working with this location. While I appreciate the $25 gift card “for the inconvenience,” you hold some responsibility in promoting them on your site. Yet we were the only ones that paid a price.)

The tv did not work, cleaning crew took bags we had snacks and drinks in. Did not leave bath towels 2nd night. Could not get a receipt printout. Had trouble communicating with frt desk clerk. Phone in room didn’t work., Asked for price adjustment, didn’t receive any. Very disappointed will not return
