I like how everything is so close to each other. How ever the food at the restaurant by the lobby was HORRIBLE. The service was just as bad. Sat there for 20 minutes before anyone came to greet us. And that’s after letting them know we were there.

Upon arrival we discovered ants in our room do to m&ms on the floor … mini fridge was froze over had to request a replacement (took almost six hours to arrive) elevator's were intermittent. It’s a cool hotel with history and close to attractions, need to deep clean the entire facility.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2. Lacking in amenities, room was bright when trying to sleep and a little noisy. Staff seemed unhappy in their jobs. Food was not that great. And what hotel does not have room service?!
