I always go to lake view however the condition of this particular unit was terrible The kitchen drawers was in a bad state where there were ants and cockroaches to a degree where the pots and pans needed to be washed before use No upgrades to this unit making me think twice to book again. Got pics and videos There are no coasters, I made my own out of a pizza box I always respect other people’s property as if it was my own Staff however extremely friendly

A little shabby not so shic! Kitchen needs repairs. Fly screens with holes in. Upholstery torn in places. Very noisy place. Great location with good restaurant outside, swimming pool OK. Reception helpful with outside bookings.

Well Equipped But Could Be Better

Overall a bit disappointed with our stay. The rooms are well equipped and large in size. Also appreciated that they have a generator which is useful during power outages. But our room was almost flooded on day 2 because of a leaking roof. Thankfully they moved us to another room the next day. The rooms are generally in poor maintenance condition but it's easier for me to notice since I'm in the construction and maintenance business.

From the moment we were greeted until our final goodbye, we were treated like family. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to several excellent restaurants and downtown. Everything is a short 5-10 minute walk and so easy to find. I recommend waiting to book excursions and work with the hotel. They know which companies offer the best service. Only negative, it was very noisy for a day and a half but the staff did all they could to quiet the guests making all the noise .

The property is tranquil, the apartment is spacious. The beds were super comfortable! But what I appreciate most was the service. My husband acidentally left about 70 euros on the bedstand. When we arrived in Durban we realised what had happened. The manager was super gracious. She exchanged the euros for rands and had the money deposited into my SA bank account.

Nice place. Great value for money.

Excellent location and convenient to eating out places and shopping. Water restrictions were in place. We had time slots to use water. First night we had water to wash dishes ok kitchen. The water in bathroom was cold. We to have cold showers after a tiring long day. Was not happy. Next day i complained and the water seemed to run hot and cold all day. Not sure hot water was cut off of a plumbing glitch. 2 bed unit was very comfortable. Well furnished and nice size. Rooms were all very clean. Parking near unit.

Haus liegt direkt am Ortseingang, LaufnĂ€he zu Restaurants (Fischrestaurant direkt an der Ecke unbedingt testen), Tankstelle und Supermarkt, schöner Spaziergang zum Strand, bzw. durch den Ort (Rundwanderung möglich), alles sicher, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Rezeption sehr nett, flott, frĂŒhes Zimmerbeziehen war bei uns nie ein Problem (waren bisher 3mal dort). Zimmer sehr groß, alles vorhanden was man braucht, kleiner Balkon (Vorsicht Affen klauen alles was man unbeauchsichtigt dort liegen lĂ€sst), TV, separates Schlafzimmer, sehr großes sauberes Bad, schöne KĂŒche und Esstheke. Absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse!

Weil ich beim Buchen zu doof war (1 Monat zu frĂŒh gebucht) musste ich stornieren obwohl normalerweise keine kostenlose Stornierung möglich war. Hat dann aber völlig unkompliziert funktioniert, kurze eMail, dass wir 4 Wochen spĂ€ter anreisen möchten und alles hat geklappt. DafĂŒr nochmals Dankeschön. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Ste Lucia. L'appartement était trÚs propre et bien équipé avec un petit jardin. Il y a une cour sécurisée et des boxes pour les voitures. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli par l'hÎtesse de l'établissement. Cerise sur le gùteau, les hippopotames passent juste devant la grille à la nuit tombée.
