I stayed at Secret Harbor for 8 nights. The room was fantastic (it was a one bedroom condo). All the staff at the resort are gracious, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Even the fish are friendly. It was a wonderful vacation. I don’t have a single complaint. Highly, highly recommend a stay at Secret Harbor.

Very disappointing stay. Not customer friendly. The place and area are beautiful. We were constantly reminded by front desk staff that this was the off season anf what they don't do. It's on a hillside and not at all disability or handicap friendly. As it's 2 separate buildings in a hillside. Walking between them unless physic fit is daunting. The cart drivers that we did get too pick us up between bldgs super nice. Professional. Front desk not much help at all. Did not offer any service. I asked about laundry service and was told they will do it but we need to bring it. Only saw the housekeeper on the day before we were leaving. Sugars in the coffee receptor were hard from probably moisture. If we asked them to call for a taxi they would but would tell us to come down the hill to get the ride. It will not be a repeat place for us to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from our condo overlooking the bay was breathtaking. We also took the snorkeling and scuba diving offered there and, and highly recommend it.
