"Th breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean. The front desk accommodated my request for a first floor room (my suitcases were heavy). Very quiet. But for me, the beds were just too hard. I wished they had a free airport shuttle. "

"Book this! You will not regret it. We just returned from a beautiful stay at Clouds and we couldn’t be happier. It was by far the best choice - stunning location, rooms, pool, food(!) and most importantly the staff. We will 100% be returning. We have travelled to a lot of 5* properties around worlds and this was truly special. A good point to note is that it’s right next door to the Delaire Graff Estate which is worth a visit for wine tasting, or lunch/dinner (they offer a free shuttle service). Also right beside some spectacular wineries, Tokara & Bartinney."
