The hallways are so dark it was hard to find our room. The room was massively overheated and the thermostat seemed to do nothing when we tried to set it lower. We never felt any air flow and it was hard to sleep. Other than that the room was fine. Nothing special but nothing else particularly bad. Staff were all very friendly and very helpful.

The rooms were very nice—modern, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel was difficult to find by car, with confusing directions and no clear signage. Although parking was mentioned in the offer, there was none available upon arrival. We had to drive around the city to find public parking and ended up paying extra, which was frustrating and disappointing. Great stay once inside, but getting there was a hassle we weren’t expecting.

No air

Hotel is amazing but there were no windows in the room so no fresh air which when you pay so much money doesn’t make sense Meant we slept poorly and room got stuffy with aircon being loud and and rubbish quality Also connected to a loud him in the background which also impacted so out of our 3 stays at the hotel, this was the worst one Had a meal at the restaurant on the last night and this was incredible!
