This hotel is in a very good location. However, we were not told that the hotel reception area is being refurbished and the area immediately surrounding the hotel. We were woken up to drilling noises early in the morning and what should have been a lovely reception area was tiny and poky. We appreciate that refurbishment works need to be carried out but as customers, we should have been told about this to allow us to book alternative hotels. We don't feel this is acceptable and there was no alteration in prices to recompense for this inconvenience.

One of the worst check in experience at Sheraton

Hotel under renovation and reception is cramped into a small space. Some receptionists were very slow, maybe due to systems constraints, to get the rooms assigned. Also, they are poorly trained so messages were not written down in the system or communicated properly.

Lots of construction in front and adjacent to the hotel The check-in area is a hot mess, and cramped. The attendants were very polite and super attentive but the checking area was hard to deal with The 6th floor was impressive, as was the room. Very clean and updated. But I was on a side adjacent to the construction so my view was horrible (had to keep the blinds closed). Once construction is complete it would be a nice hotel to stay in
