None working outdoor swimming pool ongoing

First of all false advertisement because there wasn’t an outdoor pool that was not working and I heard this is going on for months now and on their advertisement here a hotel.com it clearly says there’s two pools the indoor one and an outdoor one so I really wanna refund a full refund seriously you know it’s too late for me to change plans so I have kids there Please investigate the ongoing problem with the pool advertisedwhich they advertise is working and it’s not.

This water park and play area is an absolute gem! The diverse dining options, yoga classes, evening concerts, and cozy rooms make it an ideal getaway for all. A definite must-visit. I highly recommend place to everyone.

Everything is good the place is nice the rooms are big, 2 things i didn’t like its just that there is to many people waiting for the slides and you have to pay 30 dollars for parking to expensive..
