Perfect location

Beautiful hotel with a great location. The breakfast was the best I have ever had offered at a hotel. The room was very clean the staff was very helpful when needed. Just a great experience.

The staff here were amazing, but the experience could have been better, the initial room was dirty and aircon unit not working properly, so they moved us, which was fine until the new rooms ac failed, so thy upgraded us at no cost which was great. The hotel requires an upgrade which I believe is happening in March this year, so once completed I would expect the overall experience to be much better. I would like to reiterate though that even though we had some issues with the rooms, the staff were extremely professional, nothing was too much, the Manager Roshak was excellent. Location brilliant, beach amazing and couldn't get enough of the Acai smoothies at Oakberry!!!!
