The staff both front office and kitchen were fantastic. The girls surprised us with a welcome package for our 51st Anniversary. The kitchen staff were helpful at breakfast and Greek flavour for dinner was excellent. Two things for consideration = an upgrade of the coffee machine at breakfast and our ensuite tiles were below par with grout discoloured and both shower taps need new washers. We stay often and fully enjoy the atmosphere and facilities.

Everything about the stay was easy. Including the location, onsite food availability and particularly the room which was laid out well and simple to navigate. You are the first place I've stayed where the warm climate is taken into account. Thank for have a ceiling fan (the first one I've ever encountered in an Australian hotel) and sensible bedding which allowed a good night's sleep. My only annoyance was being woken by my next door neighbour's phone alarm so the walls seem quite thin but

Nice central hotel that is very close to the tram line and in amongst all the pubs and restaurants, the hotel itself is a little dated, but it’s perfect for a few days stay in Sydney at a budget price .

Excellent location, close to everything for travellers' needs, even a supermarket, super easy to move from/to the international airport by Airport Link. Staff are very efficient. Nice and cozy room. Breakfast was great and reasonable. If room slippers would be included in your amenity, I will be appreciate it. The only thing was TV sound through the wall during the midnight that woke me up. But still a lovely place to stay and I would come back again.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and quiet. The only thing was when we got out of the lift on our floor we had to carry our heavy bags down a half a dozen steps to our room, maybe a ramp in this area would be very much appreciated.
