Fabulous hotel right in a prime location to get anywhere in the CBD or hop on a ferry. Everything about this hotel was gorgeous and top notch. The sheets could've been less scratchy and more luxurious but that is just me. The rest of the family were fine. Excellent hotel, would most definitely book again.

It was most amazing experience Staffs were truly professional,5 star service,from reception front desk staffs (special thanks to Megan especially for her warm welcome,professionalism and friendly service) Concierge and housekeeping staffs were top notch ,room was super clean.
