We had breakfast but it was cold no bread left for toast sausages were hard bacon wasnt cooked eggs were sloopy and the cereal was stale so would definitely not recommend the breakfast but the room was lovely and clean bed very comfy

Not convenient for beaches, no restaurants or coffee shops nearby. Clean but dull.
There was no hot water for 3 of 4 days. No hot water for showers, hand-washing etc. Reported to the front desk every day. No other rooms available in the area so no options. We asked for and did not receive compensation for this basic necessity.
The only problem I had was, the night before I left the hot water was not working. So when I got up in the morning I had a COLD Shower... Not Happy. Only to be told by the the staff of the problem at reception when going out. Probably best to inform guests before the morning.

We only stayed there one night, the cleanliness could have been better, only one lift for quite a big hotel. Couldn’t get the aircon to work, so we opened window. But was adequate for our needs. Staff were very nice & helpful.
Very close to Warringah Mall and public transport. Good coffee and breakfast, the room was comfortable, and staff, very friendly. Look fwd to staying again.
