I think hotel in the middle of the city should be more Morden as compared to the standard and conditions at the moment. bathroom out modded short shower painted bath its just in the middle of the city and nothing else for me

I have stayed here many times over the years and usually found it to be pretty good. This trip however, was not up to scratch. The rooms are just a little tired and dated. I found trouble with showering as the hot water was brilliant in the day but not so good at night. I don't know if thats an issue with the room or too many people using shower etc. the room was stuck on cold. I set the heating to the highest setting and couldn't get the heating to work. I didn't really have time to mention it to staff. There are a lot of really nice top rated hotels nearby for similar pricing. The staff are wonderful and welcoming.

The $25 breakfast buffet was quite expensive given the quality of the food (the scrambled eggs were terrible) , most of the food was luke warm. Lesson learnt. Go somewhere else. However, this was the only over the four night stay that I had. No more packet scrambled eggs please

Hotel is quite outdated. Bed sheets weren’t clean and bathroom had stains. Kettle was so dirty we asked for a replacement on the first night. The shower pressure is quite low. Service was excellent though and took on our feedback and replaced our kettle and room to another floor however the showers were the same. Great reception desk 24 hrs to communicate however hotel needs to be updated and renovated. Great location however if you would like a comfy stay and clean bathrooms I would choose somewhere else.
