It ain’t fancy, but it’s clean, close to everything you could want near darling harbour. The staff service was a bit awkard…. The bathroom was built for small people, i am average height (6ft) and my head was close to touching the roof in the shower. The toilet was extremely narrow, my legs sat inside my hip line…. It was perfectly fine for a night!

Hotel is in a great location with lots of amenities very close by. It was comfy and clean, The bathroom/shower is a bit small if you are over 5 foot in height, some noise but to be expected in the area. Wifi not great - frequently disconnected or weak. Over all severed us perfectly for our few days away.

The hotel is on a great location for the Capitol Theatre across the road, the tram round the corner and all of the eating places and pubs. It’s a busy area but it felt safe. I would recommend this.

Had a great stay

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Only problem for me was no walk in shower as I had difficulty getting in and out of the bath shower. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay there and will go back. It was close to venues I attended over 2 nights in Sydney. Definitely a good place for me.

The cleaners need to work harder in the bathroom and hallway. The bathroom was cramped but it had a bath, which is good for kids. They had real soap,. and shampoo tubes, hooray! The bedroom was good. Only a short walk to Central station or China town. We had a good stay.

The bathroom was old and looked dirty from the old tiles and tub. Even on the 12th floor, we heard noises from the street below, cars and people. Location is good, that was the only thing positive. At check-in they didn’t even acknowledge our request for an early check-in, the personnel spoke too softly, I couldn’t hear properly.
