Hotel is quite outdated. Bed sheets weren’t clean and bathroom had stains. Kettle was so dirty we asked for a replacement on the first night. The shower pressure is quite low. Service was excellent though and took on our feedback and replaced our kettle and room to another floor however the showers were the same. Great reception desk 24 hrs to communicate however hotel needs to be updated and renovated. Great location however if you would like a comfy stay and clean bathrooms I would choose somewhere else.

Internet in the higher floor rooms was spotty at best. We were on the 11th floor and it was hit and miss with slow or non existant page loading for basic sites. We heard all the converaations from the room next door so soundproofing of rooms could be better.

ask for a quiet room

the room we had was directly facing the road and a pub it was extremely noisy all night and we had very little sleep but after explaining to reception we were moved to a quiet room with no outside noise so can thank the reception staff for their understanding very happy with this hotel the breakfast is worth the money with a good selection and plenty of food will definitely stay here whenever we are in Sydney again

Good quality for the price

The staff were really nice and helpful, especially the breakfast team, very professional. The Wi-Fi was terrible in the rooms but the staff gave us a mini Wi-Fi extender and it worked like a charm. Great location right by Chinatown.
