Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The overall atmosphere and vibe of the hotel was lacklustre. The hotel staff were not overly friendly or accommodating and did not know the difference between a hand towel and a face cloth.
The room itself looked like it was trapped back in the 70’s - not what is advertised on Expedia or other promotional sites for booking accommodation. There is no soundproofing (even on the 11th floor) - you can hear the sounds of the street as if they were right outside the window/door. The taps in the shower and separate hot and cold taps and even when you think you have them sorted to the right temperature you still manage to either BURN or FREEZE yourself as the temperature sorts itself out!!
To say we are happy our stay was only for 2 nights would be an understatement - could go into far more detail, but will be typing well into the new year! An upgrade into the new century in regards to its aesthetic and amenities would not go astray and would certainly make for a much more pleasant stay!!
