For anyone looking for a great hotel upon arrival or prior to travel out of Sydney International Airport, I recommend this property. It is located directly adjacent to the International terminal on the Arrivals level. You can take a free bus or a short city train ride to the Domestic terminal and the train, that is accessible right from the International or Domestic terminals is just 5 stops away from Circular Quay and the Opera House which is also where most cruises leave from. Excellent breakfast buffet which is well worth paying for and comfortable room.

Highly recommended.

This is the best hotel for international flights out of SYD. Nice staff. Restaurant offered quite tasty food. Only a minute walk to the airport. 2 min walk to trains into city or to domestic terminals. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel both going to and coming back from New Zealand. The first stay was short (5 hrs) during the day and the second stay was over night. We found the beds and bedding excellent, very nice shower and heat/AC understandable. We had dinner at restaurant on the mezzanine and enjoyed it. Not a large menu but adequate.

Overnight Transit Stay

Highly recommend this hotel. Have stayed many times over the years. It's clean and easy to get to. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I asked for help with luggage as I had a baby in tow and the wonderful receptionist took us to the room. You can wheel your trolley straight up and into the room. Fantastic.

Mattress too soft

It did have access to the airport. But it was not like the airport hotels at Singapore or HongKong, which are literally located inside the terminal. From Rydges to Sydney International airport one needs to go through an unsheltered path, which became a bit annoying in bad weathers. The bed mattress was too soft and no effective support was provided. I had a bad sleep on it. Otherwise, the condition was overall acceptable. The room was quiet.
