We have stayed at the Fullerton on several occasions and even when it was the Westin, Although it is our hotel of choice in Sydney, we were disappointed at the lack of TLC we saw in the hotel. We stayed twice over a two week period of time and found the consistency of lack of care in the lobby, and the main bathrooms as far as cleanliness unacceptable for a five star hotel. The staff at concierge remain friendly and helpful. Also, the reception area staff were incredible. But the detailed given to the lobby was poor. The rooms in our opinion could use some upgrade as they still look like the Westin thank you For taking attention to this review.

One of the biggest room I have ever stayed! Beautiful building and the room and the staff were very helpful. There was a little problem with a sink in the bathroom but it was fixed immediately. One night it was a record breaking rainfall but we had a wonderful time at a bar in the hotel. Another great staff, beautiful ambiance and the tasty food. I would love to stay again.

Great location, beautiful old building and staff very friendly and responsive. Cleaning missed a few things but otherwise it was a great stay. Especially loved the huge bathroom with separate bath and shower and view.

The doorman was excellent he wore a whistle around his neck. I can’t speak highly enough about his. He is a credit to the hotel. , he helped me with a dodgy taxi driver who trying to double charge me.
