The breakfast was excellent. The lobby and the surroundings were fantastic excellent location close to everything. There was a problem with the shower hot water was too hot or too cold kept fluctuating untill i asked them to check. They could have better pillows. A the mini fridge cold be colder.

The Fullerton rooms and restaurants are lovely. The decorations and facilities really nice. Martin place needs a revamp, plus the Martin place Christmas tree looks tired and uninspiring. Whoever the local Council are, please uphold the values of the country and show respect to all cultures by making Christmas great.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and I usually love it. But I feel it’s lost its spark a bit.. the room doesn’t have any personal touches and some of the tap fittings, lighting and furnishings were not really taken care of.

Loved our stay at the Fullerton, the rooms were clean & nice. The staff was absolutely amazing, from check-in to service in lounge… top notch! My only recommendations would be getting 2 queen sized beds (for families) instead of doubles and regular pillows instead of only 2 large pillows. And that’s not much of a complaint! Please keep up your great service and we will be sure to visit one of your establishments again!!! The Alsfords- Canada
