We checked in early online as promoted by the text message. Apparently by doing the check in online prior to arriving it would make the physical check in smooth and quick, it did not. My husband went to check in while I waited with kids and luggage and after 45 minutes he came out and said I had to be the one to do since my name was on the reservation. I went in assuming the clerk was waiting for my id since I was right out side the door and my husband had already waited for 45 minutes but no he had taken someone else who had a serious issue with her reservation. Instead of using the other computer to check me in while the customer was on the phone he simply stood there doing nothing. I waited almost 40 minutes and finally got checked in which took another 15 minutes so doing the online check in was pointless. I booked through exspdia and breakfast for 2 was included so we thought. In the morning we went down and had to pay $11.98 a piece for the breakfast voucher which we then had to go to the restaurant and order from a limited menu. The food was horrible and tiny portions. They messed up one of the breakfast bowels that was eggs cheese bacon and potato’s and only brought out a small bowl of potato’s which I had to send back and by the time we got them like 30 minutes later we had to get a to go container. The breakfast resembled a continental breakfast except tiny portions so it was just terrible. I would have saved money and had a better breakfast at McDonald’s. The hotel
