We stayed in a corner suite with a beautiful view. The room was very nice but missing simple things like a coffee maker and glasses for drinking. The room service was a joke. Took about 45 minutes and came in plastics to-go contrainers that was cold. I guess I expected real plates and cutlery. They did refund our food when we told them about our disappointment. We would stay again but a hard pass on the food.

We requested a microwave in the room, we were promised it will delivered in the AM however, that didnt happen. We had to request for fresh towels teice, and body wash. There was no lotion in the room. I guess we have to buy all toiletries now, with the Mariott.

When I arrived, the staff was standing around and not waiting on guests. I was asked if I had stayed there before and told her no. Then she handed me my key card and a pass for parking. I asked where the parking garage was located and how to access the elevator from garage. She seemed very annoyed and sighed and told me in as little words as possible. Room was so noisy I was unable to sleep. The noise was from the elevators and only one of them was working so very slow to get anywhere with them from the 22nd floor. The conference rooms were so hot and almost unbearable for most of us. Would not recommend in the future.

The bathroom sliding door leaves a gap and doesn't lock, which isn't ideal. The bathroom sink was semi-plugged and didn't drain very well, which left it a bit gross.

This hotel is only 5 years old, they told me it was built in 2020, but it felt older. Many things were not working right and/or needed maintenance. My room was clean and large, but did not offer coffee pot and did not have bathroom toiletries in there.

Stayed at this Marriott during a short trip to Tacoma and was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The noise isolation was also excellent—very quiet and restful throughout my stay. However, I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, which felt like a miss for a 4-star property. With no nearby stores and no access to the executive lounge, I really hope the hotel considers adding this small but meaningful touch for future guests.
