The front desk service is excellent especially the lady Yan Chang. Her service is exceptional and highly commendable! The classic king room is a good size and the bed is very comfortable with great beddings and pillows! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the lady manager of the cafe for taking responsibility for one of the staff’s, ie Jane’s rude behavior. We really appreciate the cafe’s lady manager apology on behalf of Jane’s rudeness.

My stay at the Madison Hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The environment was nice and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. While the hotel is conveniently close to the metro station, it’s still a bit of a walk on a hot day. The staff were very friendly and even provided an adaptor, which was a great bonus. Highly recommend!
