The staff is very helpful and friendly to welcome all my requests. The hotel room is clean and the bathroom design is very good for wet and dry parts. The hotel location is very walkable and near to any popular restaurants and tourist hot spots to visit.

We enjoyed a long weekend in Taipei staying at the Madison. Enjoyed that front desk staff were efficient and helpful. The hotel is well situated and within easy reach of the metro, walking distance to various attractions/ night market etc. We had an issue with the room on arrival which was promptly dealt with and corrected. Would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent staff. The room was nice with a normal city street view. Easy walk to restaurants, markets and bus&train transportation. The included breakfast is standard but good enough. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant one evening and would rate it 3.5/5.0

Very hospitable staff, speak English well. Hotel umbrella was needed on the rainy days, very much appreciated. Tv was not user friendly as was the bidet (no visual of the buttons, only Chinese).
