Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that housekeeping is only provided on alternate days unless a special request is made. As we were travelling with a toddler, I requested daily cleaning. However, the cup in our room was not washed until the final night of our stay.
On the first night, the cleaner left our room door unlocked, which meant anyone could have accessed our belongings. I informed the hotel upon our return, but was only told that they would check the CCTV, with no further follow-up.
On the second night, the cleaner removed our access card that was left in the card slot for electricity.
On a positive note, the hotel is very conveniently located near the train station. However, there is no water dispenser or refill station, so guests need to go down to the reception to obtain water.
