Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that housekeeping is only provided on alternate days unless a special request is made. As we were travelling with a toddler, I requested daily cleaning. However, the cup in our room was not washed until the final night of our stay. On the first night, the cleaner left our room door unlocked, which meant anyone could have accessed our belongings. I informed the hotel upon our return, but was only told that they would check the CCTV, with no further follow-up. On the second night, the cleaner removed our access card that was left in the card slot for electricity. On a positive note, the hotel is very conveniently located near the train station. However, there is no water dispenser or refill station, so guests need to go down to the reception to obtain water.

The location is excellent. Almost all of our sight seeing were stops along the Red MTR line, which has an station exit right in front of the hotel. Nice stroll to Taipei 101 or Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial. Room is spacious, clean and well lit. Very quiet at night, honestly all the things you would look for in an hotel room.

Room was clean and temperature control was good. The front desk staff was friendly and helped us to take care of our large sized delivery while we were out. Of course, glad that the hotel is right at Exit 6 of the station.

Room too small. We had three rooms but people were put in three different floors. Worse yet, each room key can access only his own floor. We had to asked to additional room keys in order to go to our kids floor.

Room was clean, and the hotel was just steps away from the MRT. We had a slight issue with the shower door, but all it took was a call to housekeeping, and problem was solved. Overall, this was a good hotel to stay. Ended well as the hotel called for a taxi to the airport - and a discount was given as well. A good stay.

This hotel was a terrible experience. It is tired and has not been updated in many years. Upon check in, we discovered fresh blood on the pillow case, the television channels did not work, and overall the room smelled musty and dirty. This was brought to the attention of the front desk and absolutely nothing was done. A huge disappoint considering the price they charge.

Excellent stay at Park Taipei! The extremely professional staff makes everything easy. Very comfortable and spacious room with view of the Taipei 101 tower. Excellent location with a number of restaurants, cafés and nightlife nearby (and a metro stop less than 20 m from the front door.) This is my fourth time staying ant Park Taipei and I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend!
