Decent size room for Tokyo and although they do not offer as many amenities as other hotels, I think it's reasonable given their budget price point. A bit of a walk from the Metro station that connects to central stations like Tokyo and Ginza but the area is very quiet, located in a residential area on a street lined with shops that seem to be frequented by locals. Lots of small restaurants with a lot of character. Loved the area!

Front desk was amazing, room is very tidy. However they need to do a better job of screening their cleaning employees. I could hear one of them coughing and spitting as he was cleaning the rooms through the walls!, and immediately put out the do not disturb. If he was this sick he shouldn’t be cleaning and spreading germs in the guest rooms.

The location was excellent - close to a Metro station a few stops from Shinjuku. The street was lively, with restaurants, bars and several convenience stores, but the hotel itself was quiet. The room was clean and air conditioned, but very small (as are most Japanese hotel rooms)
