Very quiet. Comfortable beds, large twins adequate for 6' 3" guests, very close to Subway station. Being able to do laundry in the room was nice bonus.

Great hotel and location! I love that the room provides a kettle and a washer/dryer. It made the stay very comfortable and easy. I also like that for the limited housekeeping you have the option for the staff to not enter the room and just leave fresh towels. The hotel also felt very safe since you are only able to access your own floor with your key card. Overall a great stay!

Great location. Great staff. Good amenities even a washing machine in the room. To be excellent would be good to have a bed linen change after 3 days. We stayed 5 days this was not provided. Also rooms are on the smaller side for two adults compared to business hotels in Ginza.

Not enough amenities in the lobby (skin care, bath products). The wall had stains and dirt. They don't clean your room everyday. Staff member didn't tell me about the coffee service. Amazing location. The basic amenities such as shampoo or conditioner in the room are high quality (re-fa products) The best bidet I've ever used. The washing machine takes a bit of time but works perfectly.

Perfect location! Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Shinjuku station only 10 minutes away and another sub station 2 minutes away. The buffet breakfast was great too. Plenty of restaurants around and it gets busy at night but still felt very safe. Will definitely stay here again.
