The room was nice, breakfast was good. But the pool was definitely NOT heated, very cold. The pool was how we planned on spending our Saturday. Then the system had our room as not occupied on the second night, someone came to our door trying to get in because they gave her our room for the night. Finally got that situated. For a relaxing weekend getaway, there was more frustration than I have ever experienced at a hotel.

Overall pretty good. The tv remote didn't work so we couldn't use the tv. Took the remote to the registration counter. The person in front of me had the exact same problem. We were told someone would come to get everything working. Nobody came the whole night. Had to remind them at checkout that they had the rooms tv remote in case they charged us for a missing remote.

Property was dinghy. Carpet in hallways and stairs were not vacuumed. Tall weeds surrounded the property. There was a smoke detector chirping in the hallway the entire stay. Staff was unfriendly. Ice machines were out of order.

Manager was helpful with the reservation problem where it said we were charged for the room on our bank statment but on their end it was showing it didnt go through and also the wifi was very week in our room but if we went out and went down stairs it was strong, breakfast was ok as well but not really much of a variety

Check in went very smoothly. Then, down hill from there. The hallways very dirty. Like little piles of dirt everywhere. Especially on the stairs. One of the entrance is taped so anyone can walk in WITHOUT a key. Our hotel room had no conditioner and had someone else hair ties still hanging in the bathroom. States 24 hour coffee in the lobby but at 6 pm no coffee. They said it will be ready in 10 minutes. We returned in 20 minutes there was only 1 coffee cup we asked check in staff where there’s more coffee cups he said find the bar waitress. Or just go behind the bar! There were only 2 people on staff .no cups behind the bar we wondered to the kitchen. The pool is huge! States it heated but it’s not. The pool room is extremely hot but the pool is freezing. Kids still enjoyed the pool. We went to check in and told them there no towels in pool area he told us they are on the rack. There were about 8-10 other families swimming. The pool again is huge so it didn’t feel crowded. There were no towels. Breakfast was fantastic! Waffles, eggs, biscuits, yogurt and different cereals. Just remember you get what you pay for. We wanted somewhere with nice pool and hot breakfast ! Those 2 things were the only best part of our stay.

Bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. Told the front desk staff about clogged drain and issue was resolved when we return to room. Overall property was kind of dirty, and unfortunately, upon departure found a bedbug.
