Beach front is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

The view was amazing.

It was scary. My first time using vbro. I’m a senior and thought that I was renting on the north end but it wasn’t. It’s ok. We had an adventure.

Amazing stay with my fiancé and golden doodle. Right on the beach with a beautiful view off your deck. Bed was comfortable and great size for the price. Staff was amazing. There is a great restaurant about 1.5 miles away that we went to 2 times. We will be coming back again and again

Great beach getawat

The efficiency beach room was just as advertised. It was right on the beach. It was wonderful waking up and seeing the beach from the bed. The room was very clean and check in was very easy. Looking forward to coming back next year.
