I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and was very disappointed with the housekeeping service. The floor was never vacuumed during my entire stay, and the sofa bed sheets were never changed or even made up sometimes. On top of that, for four of the nights, I came back to the room to find there were no clean towels provided. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and far below expectations.

Convenient if you’re going to the Toronto Zoo, not so much if you want to go closer to the center of Toronto. Closeness to Unionville Go station is a plus.

Pool and hot tub are wonderful - warmer than most other hotel pools, and the area is well maintained. Super easy access from 404 & 407 intersection. Staff were great for check in and check out. Really enjoyed the water flavors available at the front desk.

Comfortable and clean

The room is comfortable and spacious. Gym is clean and well-equipped. Pool is okay; it has a hot tub but no sauna nor steam room. Not many eating options at the hotel; there is only a Boston Pizza. However, there are many restaurants (10-15 minutes walk) around the area. The hotel is close to public transit. There's a grocery store 1 km down the streets.
