Found this to be a great location. We were a half hour walk from everything which was perfect. Five min walk from Eaton centre. Staff was wonderful. Would recommend!

Excellent service, all check in staff and conciege were professional, friendly and helpful. This is a very big plus for the property. Parking can be pricey but it is easy to access and car can be moved in and out at no additional cost. Rooms are small and a little run down. Closet and storage is minimal. Walking distance to downtown Toronto. Close to restaurants.

We stayed for 2 nights. Very accessible to everything. The only thing that needs improvement is the pillows and bed are not comfortable. We felt that we are sinking in when we were sleeping and on top of that the bed is uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well for 2 nights.

The staff are great and the gym and pool are nice. However the room was not clean, the bathroom was grimy and I don’t think they’ve ever clean around the windows, there’s black mold growing on top the vents.

Most importantly there was no "signature scent" plaguing you in the halls or rooms. Toiletries had only the lightest scent and were in good supply instead of terrible tiny containers. Pool was lovely and towels were always available.
