The property was clean and the staff were all super nice. We travelled with our 6 month old and had a great experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try their breakfast. Hopefully next time.

Check in was good the room was a suite had no dishes to use all the cupboards were empty. The breakfast was practically empty every day the cook couldn’t keep up and the food that was provided was weird like hot dogs and beans for breakfast (scraps) I had two rooms and 8 people and not one of us got to sit down and enjoy a breakfast! The whole reason I got that hotel . Also small pool and no hot tub my family wouldn’t return again .

Room... Rooms seem to only turned down if you request it.. We were there for over 2 weeks and had to ask for toilet rolls, change of towels and the bins to be emptied on multiple occasions.. Pool.. Ok temperature, but the buckets dropping water every minute or so may be fun for the kids - but not good for when you are trying to enjoy a peaceful swim - this was on even late at night and reception said it was stuck ON.. The pool area needs some TLC as the showers didnt work and the handle actually came off when trying to use it.. Gym.. The air con was only on every now and again, which made working out unbareable when it wasnt on.. Food.. The eggs and pancakes were nice and coffee was continuously being refreshed. The 'fresh' fruit was bruised and old and completely unappealing. The breaded chicken nuggets were only done once a week and when we finally managed to get them they were ice cold inside and hot outside - we didnt risk eating them and let staff know, who blamed a new chef.. The bread, bagals and cereal were all ok - just VERY basic.. Paper plates, which were very thin, card bowls and plastic cutlery made it feel very cheap.. The staff were friendly and its obvious that they are trying to do their best with what they have..

I spent 8 nights at the hotel in the summer, very nice and friendly staff, pool was quiet and clean, the room were always clean when we requested, they need to improve in the breakfast options, is basically always the same menu.

I don’t appreciate the service I got first room I went to there was bed bugs . Second room I couldn’t get in my room for over on hour because the door wouldn’t open and the poor lady at the front desk was struggling to even get me in my room

Overall, my family and I had a nice stay. Rooms were quiet and comfortable, beds were clean, staff was lovely and my kids loved the pool! Some cons, if you will, would be that our shower could have been a bit cleaner (hairs still on the wall from previous guests), no towels in the pool area (had to ask front deak), we had to pay for a toothbrush (typically free), and the breakfast was just 'ok'. We would come back, but those little things could be improved upon for sure.

Family of four had to ask daily for washcloths and towels. One day of stay no housekeeping To room. Breakfast was ok but not great. Not what I expected as normally IHG hotels have a good breakfast
