The stay was fine but the hotel wouldn't honour a discounted parking rate that was advertised for my booking on Expedia and the swimming pool was under renovation. I just wish that hotels were more transparent about these things because I booked that hotel to get the discount and pool

The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants and stores within walking distance, and the safety measures are top-notch. However, several aspects were disappointing. The room was extremely small, with very little space between the beds and the wall, and there was a noticeable draft from the windows. Furthermore, the dinner we had at the on-site restaurant was a letdown; the food was cold and definitely overpriced for its quality.
