Our check-in was by far the worst check in we have ever had. And after 35+ years of travel.. it says a lot. The lady who checked us in was rude, didn’t listen to any of the answers she asked questions about. Slipped a paper on the desk and told us to just sign without explaining where or even just showing where what goes. Every time we thought it was done, she would do the same thing over and over again and eventually she just handed us the room key. We asked if we could arrange for car service to the airport in the morning and said we can call a taxi. We wanted a black car service and made it clear we can’t have that. Only a taxi. If it weren’t for that interaction I would say we would most likely stay again but unfortunately the idea of staying there again isn’t even a thought. I do however want to mention that the manager was an absolute gentleman and very kind. Date of stay: Sept 23, 2025 checking out Sept 24, 2025. We were fortunate enough to get an earlier check in which was around 230 and we really were grateful for that.

Every day the internet logs you off without notice and you need to go to front desk to get new login. Parking garage is terrible. The permit system for garage does not work. Had to keep going to front desk to get permit activated tho they said it was good entire stay. No place to park when you register.

One of the lights in my room was broken. The gym was out of order, which they did not tell me when I checked in. When I tried to work out early in the AM I found out and was given A pass to a nearby gym, which didn’t open until 9 AM. All in all you are paying for the location.

First of all my credit card was charged in the morning before we had left home. That was a surprise. Upon check in we had to call and request that the bedding be changed because it was not clean. We could not get the A/C to work. Maintenance came up and had to reset the unit. When he took the cover off to inspect the unit the filter was filthy and we asked for that to be changed. I am surprised that the unit could function. He came back a short time later with a new filter. At bed time we removed one of the pillows from the bed. The pillowcases were not changed when the rest of the bedding was. The toilet tank was wobbly but fortunately it did not cause a leak. This is by far the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. We picked the location for close proximity to a show. For almost $350 per night including taxes I am extremely disappointed.

This hotel is located a couple of steps from the metro and is within walking distance of Front Street. The staff were great, the room was big and cozy. Tons of convenient food options near by. Also tons of shops. I'd highly recommend staying here!

I found the rooms very nice, beds were extremely comfortable, service was fantastic and the food in the restaurant was really good. Ideal location with everything within walking distance . Would definitely stay again
