I liked the location of the hotel , easy walking distance to everything . They offer breakfast lunch and dinner in there restaurant . The liquor is abit over priced ! And the picture s on Expedia are not exact (No Flags). Outside !!!

Pretty nice place. Very walkable to Rogers. Quiet, clean. Historic too and right at HHOF! I didn't receive my VIP offers though I just noticed as Expedia asked. Forgot I had and should have been in hotel notes. Good location and revamped.

The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The bathroom was smallish, and lacking privacy due to the frosted glass door. The location was great, and parking was convenient in the garage around the corner; we pre-paid through spot hero

The hotel was comfortable and clean. We have stayed here before and love that the location is in walking distance to everything we needed downtown. We will return again for our annual stay in Toronto. The staff was exceptional!

it is a historic building, but the TV did not work correctly, since they had a streaming box. They had to come up twice to turn the TV off with a remote they kept at the front desk. Also, I asked for a room away from the elevator, but got one right beside it. It was average accommodations, but the staff were very friendly and they had interesting events each night in the lobby, including music.
