The property was very close to our evening outing. We were on a higher floor so it was quiet. Our mattress was garbage and we could barely roll out of bed the next morning. It needed to be thrown into the garbage. The entrance to the hotel is very dark and not very inviting.

The shower wasn't draining, the led lights were too bright and I didn't know how to shut them off so I unplugged them. The TV was set up very old where I had a hard time with how to see what there was to watch and the remote buttons were not all working. The shower was the most disappointing as it was not hygienic for the water not to drain.

The location is a 2 minute walk from Dundas Square which makes this hotel very central. However, with this, comes a level of danger at night. St mikes is across the street which is convenient.

Excellent find! …other than the lack of parking in the area and the kitchen in the deluxe suite didn’t come well equipped which will require more planning next time. We had to request everything from a pot for soup and can opener. No ice trays or machine either. Our condo like suite was phenomenal though and we’ll 100% be back.

The Pantages Hotel is an amazing hotel. It is in a great location in downtown Toronto. The staff were very helpful. On checkout day, my flight wasn't until the evening. They held on to my luggage while I did one last day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love staying here. This is my second time at the property and they make everything so easy and seamless. The rooms are always clean, great service and overall good experience. The only issue I have is lack of parking at the hotel itself. You either have to pay for the outside lot or the underground across the street which can get a little pricey. But the hotel and staff are great. I enjoyed my birthday stay!
