Excellent location, nice modern building, room abit warm air con doesn't work, no glasses in the room to drink the drinkable water advised trying to reduce plastic and have to go and ask for a glass at reception which then defeated the purpose to just put glasses in the room so went out and bought a plastic bottle to use

Overnight stay in Tromsø

Great stay. Hotel was situated in the centre, walkable distance to all amenities, the rooms were warm & comfortable and a nice lobby area. Staff were cheery and kind, allowing early check in & storing luggage. Would definitely recommend.

Ralo do banheiro entupido, impossível de tomar banho por mais de 2 minutos. Caso alguém se pergunte porque eu não fui reclamar na recepção: Estou cansado do descaso dos hoteis com seus clientes, é uma obrigação deles verificarem sempre se está tudo ok no quarto, antes de fornecer a um cliente.

The hotel is nice. But be aware my flights got canceled by the airlines from the states i tried get a new flight but couldn't when i asked the hotel for a refund they said no even though i used them mulitiple times in the past they said sorry you didnt check the refundable box when booking and pay for that option i visit Tromso every February but will never stay here again no loyalty.

Recommend it for location. Room had everything we needed. Shame there was so buffet brekkie option, but just a cafe at reception. Id add a kettle in the room but all the rest was fine! Great to stay in the city and walk to restaurants.

The staff here is why I rated 5. The hotel is modest and slightly tired BUT the staff were so helpful, fun, and informative. Every recommendation was A . I would highly suggest as a budget friendly option.

Good budget option but v hot!

This is a good budget option for Tromso. It's centrally located, has helpful and friendly staff and powerful showers with plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, the heating in the rooms is centrally controlled and was so hot that we struggled to sleep. Even though we asked, it couldn't be changed, so we had to sleep with the window open which was very noisy!

The decoration was very nice makes it feel more of scandic feel the only issues during our stay is the central ventilation/air conditioning for the room was not working correctly we was unable to change the settings even when we set the room temperature at 15c it constantly stayed at 22-22.8c we had the window open 24/7 to cool the room down which only adjusted this by 1c making the room temperature between 20.8-21.3c the bathroom sink would not hold water in despite checking it was secured. Staff was pleasant, shower pressure was superb, it did for what we needed for however for this exact hotel I wouldn’t stay here for long stays location wise was great for everything we needed.

Ok for a couple of nights, bedrooms are small and twin bed span width of the room so you have to climb over a bed to get to the other. It is sufficient otherwise and good central location.
