Really good location with its own pub next door, friendly staff and decent size rooms , it is perhaps a bit dated in decor etc but feels warm and cosy and offered a decent breakfast, we would return.

The room was fantastic with a great view however the cleanliness in the room was below average as it was a 5 star hotel.

Fitness room rather small and limited. Sauna a great Addition. We had a room for 2 adults and 2 children, was on the smaller side.

This hotel is fabulous. It’s perfectly located and the rooms are charming. Great facilities and amazing breakfast. The staff are super helpful and honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. A great stay - one I hope to repeat in years to come

Overall, really nice hotel: We had superior room for 7 nights looking out onto mountains and harbour - a beautiful view. Great design, excellent sound insulation - never heard the neighbours nor cleaning service. Breakfast buffet very good, but Charley's evening menu extremely limited: Nothing for vegetarians. For non-vegetarians, not even a beef steak option. Yonas Pizza not only outside the hotel, but not worthy of a 4* hotel offering. Fairly cosy upstairs and reserved for hotel guests (but they still tried at first to seat us downstairs where ambiance is very fast foodish), but no real table service. Ate there and enjoyed the pizza without any restaurant frills or cosiness once, but didn't fancy the hassle again. So often ate the Scandic hotel opposite when we were tired after the days excursions, and didn't want to tackle a restaurant search on the treacherous ice outside (and that can be insane sometimes!), where there's both extensive buffet and a la carte options with super ambiance & service. Something else the Radisson Blu sorely lacks is somewhere outside to sit or a rail to hold onto to pop-on your spikes, as all the other good hotels have. Also, Desk service very poor, except for one more knowledgeable lady. But great that Tromso Safari is directly in the hotel, with super service. Other great operators such as Pukka travel just around the corner. Overall, very good hotel - we would stay again. But with some negative points which need a good tweaking!

Geräumiges Superior-Zimmer, komfortables Bett, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Minibar, Aussicht auf den Bootshafen, Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, zentral gelegen, Check-In und Check-Out rasch und zügig abgewickelt.

Gemütliches Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Ausflüge können direkt im Hotel gebucht werden.
