Zero free amenities. They charge you for parking. The staff at the front hates their job. An entire hockey youth team was on our floor and were so loud and obnoxious. Still haven’t sent my bill after they put a a charge on my card. Not a great experience for how expensive they are. .

Parking is tough on a busy weekend like family weekend at University of Arizona. I had to park on an end-cap one night. Wake up early the next morning to move into a parking stall. The parking was unavailable this particular weekend.

Upon arriving we were greeted by Albert, he was so professional, welcoming and answered all of our questions. Our check in with Albert was painless and we immediately felt like we were home.
