The property was clean. There was a nice pool area. Reception people were friendly and informative. Laundry facilities on site. Close to the freeway for easy access. Price was good. I was visiting Saguaro NP and then going to Phoenix airport to pick up a friend for the rest of my trip.

Warm and inviting customer service

After checking in, they offered my pet a treat. Very welcoming and warm customer service. The room is great and clean. Hallway is a little creepy but most hotels are like this. We would definitely stay again!

There's a reason it is so inexpensive

The check-in lady was nice. The room was clean. The bed was super hard. I could hear every toilet flush, every snore, every door slam, every dog bark, and practically everyone else's conversation in the hotel all night. If you won't be skeeping then this is your hotel. If you are hard-of-hraring, this is probably not going to disappoint you. I will not be a return customer. No matter how lovely the staff was, i cant get past the basic shortcomings of the building.
